Susan Pizzi
Susan is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Susan holds two licenses as an MFT, in both California (LMFT #85340) and Maryland (#LCM730). She works with people of all ages including individuals, couples, and families. Specializing in working with elementary age children and adolescents. When working with young children she encourages parental involvement when possible and strives to work collaboratively to support the family system.
She is a certified trainer/facilitator of The Reflective Parenting Program, “an attachment-based reflective approach to parenting, providing an opportunity for parents to engage in an experiential learning process specifically aimed to enhance reflection and improve the attachment between parent and child.” This mindfulness based approach helps many parents connect with and gain insight into their childs experience and how they can most generously support them in their growth.

Director of Outreach & Business Development
Morgan Pizzi
Morgan brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director of Outreach and Business Development, with a diverse background in both addiction treatment and the legal field. Having worked in Case Management within the addiction treatment sector and as a Paralegal, Morgan has a unique skill set that allows her to advocate effectively for those in need of support. She is deeply committed to the idea that there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to healing.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Morgan uses her extensive community ties and expertise to connect individuals with the right resources, offering support in their journey. Her dedication to serving others and her strong advocacy work makes her a trusted leader in our efforts to provide accessible, effective care to those who need it most.

Sarah Wilson
Sarah is a Licensed Social Worker in Maryland, and specializes in the treatment of trauma. The majority of her career has been spent working with underserved populations - those struggling with homelessness, addictions, varying mental health struggles, and individuals who have worked in the sex industry. Her lived experiences combined with training as a clinician she has fueled her passion for helping those who have faced adversity, experienced trauma, and have perhaps been let down by society and its systems.
Sarah believes clients are the experts of their stories, and it is an honor to support them in their healing journeys. She believes it is her job to follow clients along their healing journey and to gently guide when necessary. She places great importance on creating a non-judgmental space and believes in spending the time to build a trusting, safe, and supportive relationship with clients so when the hard conversations happen, everyone feels safe and heard.

Amritha Sridhar
Amritha (she/her) is a licensed social worker in Maryland with a background in working with the domestic violence population, children, adolescents, and multiethnic groups. Passionate about supporting individuals in overcoming challenges related to PTSD, anxiety, and self-esteem, Amritha believes strongly in the mind and body working together for holistic healing. She integrates therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to foster resilience and growth. Rooted in empathy and understanding, she creates a safe and welcoming space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions. Drawing from her South Asian background, Amritha is dedicated to breaking mental health stigma and can also speak Tamil, providing clients with culturally attuned tools to thrive and reach their goals.

Kelly Foy
Kelly is a trained neuropsychotherapist with a focus on treating trauma, addiction, and mood disorders. As a specialist trained in EMDR and the adaptive information processing model, she integrates a blend of therapeutic techniques to guide clients through the complexities of their mental health challenges. With a deep understanding of the
intricate relationship between brain function, emotional regulation,
and human behavior, Kelly empowers her clients to explore and resolve the root causes of their struggles. She believes in the innate ability of individuals to heal from within and creates a safe, supportive environment where autonomy and self-discovery are central to the therapeutic process.
Through compassionate and evidence-based interventions, Kelly helps clients heal past trauma and manage their mental health to facilitate long term healing and growth. Her approach fosters resilience and empowers individuals to take ownership of their journey with confidence and self-compassion.

Madeline Hartley
Madeline (she/her) is a Georgia native and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. She has extensive experience in individual and family counseling through her work at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center's adult outpatient program, as well as through a community group practice. Madeline has worked with a wide range of severe mental health disorders and has earned a specialization as a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP).

She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and grief/loss. Madeline approaches therapy through a trauma-informed, multicultural lens, helping clients develop assertive communication skills and establish healthy boundaries, both with themselves and with others, to support their overall well-being. Her goal is to be a compassionate resource and advocate for individuals of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, and body sizes.

Madeline also works as a Clinical Case Manager for Backline, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that connects music industry professionals and their families with mental health and wellness resources.
